Just finish reading this book n it’s a pretty good book i must say, it really tugs at ur heartstrings at the end
i think this author (John Gorgan) is wicked n evil actually, initially he talks abt how spastic marley is, he makes u laugh at his antics n stupidity (which i really laughed out loud sometimes)
At the end of the novel, he reminds u of the same things tt marley did at the start of the book but this time, u wun be laughing out loud, u might be shedding tears this time
The way John gorgan narrates what marley might be thinking at certain times in the book is also cleverly done, it seems that tt’s wat marley was really trying to say.
While reading the book , u will keep thinking how come there’s such a crazy dog which is like the all the screws in his head are loose, but yet so lovable n adorable, he runs around, crashing into stuff, destroying items, but when something terrible happened to john n his wife, he stops his craziness, put his head on their lap n offered a hug, it’s all this crazy n surprising things he do, that makes u shed tears at the end of the book
Animal lovers beware, if u shedded tears at the movie Quilt, u might shed again for this book
