Lady Manager beaten up in KFC Outlet in China

Rough summary of the story:

Apparently a lady called KFC delivery and ordered a food item to be delievered to a lan shop, however the item is not under the delivery menu and hence declined, next, the guy called and demanded the item be delivered (guess the initial lady told him abt it )but was rejected again, pissed off, the guy went to the KFC outlet to find the manager (who is pregnant btw)

Personally, i dun give a shit on wat's the story, i'm more interested in WHY all those guys in the outlet NEVER helped the manager?
