long story short - Guy n ger at home, both went to car to listen to music , guy's mum always put car keys in car n allows guy to drive around their private grounds (must be freaking rich, guy is 14 btw) once in awhile, ger claims to have license n drives to visit friend living nearby, on way back, crashes n dies, guy survives

now guy's mum wants to sue ger's mum for damages to car
